NFC East-Commanders/Cowboys/Eagles/Giants

NFC South-Panthers/Bucs/Saints/Falcons

NFC West-49ers/Cardinals/Seahawks/Rams

AFC North-Bengals/Ravens/Steelers/Browns

AFC East-Bills/Dolphins/Jets/Patriots

AFC South-Texans/Colts/Titans/Jaguars

AFC West-Chargers/Raiders/Chiefs/Broncos

This break contains 1 NFL Helmet.  If any of your 4 teams are selected, you receive the helmet.  If your teams aren't pulled from the 1 box, you won't receive the helmet.
